Spare Parts - Repair Management

NHE AERO is referenced in numerous FAA and EASA Part 145 certified workshops, guaranteeing a quality of repair that meets the requirements of airworthiness of aircraft. NHE AERO ensures the smooth running and the follow-up of all the repairs it has in charge.
Below, the different levels of repairs proposed:

  • Serviceable: Level 1 SV - Calibration and benching by an authorized repairer. Delivered with EASA / FAA FORM 1 and Intervention Report in accordance with the manufacturer's manual.
  • Repaired: Level 2 RP - Minor / Major Repair. Delivered with EASA / FAA FORM 1 and Intervention Report in accordance with the manufacturer's manual.
  • Overhaul: Level 3 OH - General Review. Delivered with EASA / FAA FORM 1 and Intervention Report in accordance with the manufacturer's manual. NHE AERO carries out a verification of each product before delivery to the customer by respecting its certified internal processes and preserves all traceability. Packaging is the subject of very special attention (in accordance with the ATA300 & IATA).

NHE AERO uses a transport network adapted to volume conditions (Calberson / DHL / SDV), speed (UPS / FEDEX) and AOG (Taxi Colis).
Transportation is provided 7/7 for any destination.
